South of the 6 is just 1 of several small businesses located within what we affectionately call the “Tree
Fort” at 155 Dow St. You could even go as far to say that this Queen City destination is a curated
community – hand-picked and orchestrated by 2 inspiring visionaries who began this journey with the
birth of Humble Warrior Power Yoga back in 2019. They are our fearless leaders (and landlords!) but
more importantly they have empowered and supported all of us in our own professional pursuits. Each of us as business owners have a different area of expertise, but all of us are committed to ensuring you achieve your own version of “self-care” in whatever form that takes for you.
